Groundwork New Orleans invites you to the third annual Meet Our Raingardens. Celebrate green revitalization in Central city with food, friends, music and cocktails. The eight raingardens on O.C. Haley Blvd. reduce rain induced flooding, offset greenhouse gas emissions, and improve Lake Pontchartrain’s water quality by diverting storm water from pumping stations and filtering pollutants.
